An Eastlake police officer could be in big trouble with the law after an alleged drunken driving incident in Montville.
Authorities say Lt. Tom Doyle stopped the city-owned vehicle he was driving in the middle of the road earlier this month because he needed to go to the bathroom, NewsChannel5 reported.
He was then hit by a car.
